Pour some Love into yourself this Valentines! Charlotte runs through a simple meditation to pour some love into yourself and receive messages of pure love from your soul rather than your head. Taking a few minutes or whatever you can manage out of your busy schedule on a daily basis can help you stay on track with your true purpose, rather than getting carried away with “headiness”. This basic practice is a lovely introduction to mediation for anyone not familiar with it as a practice and for those who do meditate - this guided meditation for self -love will be equally as beneficial.
