Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) for alcohol dependancy
Have you dreamed of giving up drinking but are scared of what that means?
As an approved specialist in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) for addictions, I have specific experience and skills in using RTT to help you loose the booze!
Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) in particular is extremely effective at helping with underlying self confidence issues. Do you feel dependant on alcohol? Do wine or beer make you feel like you can escape from the pressures of life for a while? Do you think its helping you cope, but then leaves you feeling anxious and guilty?
Its not your fault! You are surrounded by a culture of drinking and drug taking because we live in a stressful world full of pressures. Its easy to get caught up in habits that no longer serve you. Just because every one else seems to deal with it, it doesn't mean its right for you.
If you are committed to make a change, then it is possible to free yourself from habits that no longer work for you with Hypnotherapy and in particular Rapid Transformational Therapy. There are other ways you can relieve stress, feel free and live happily that don't hurt you.
Addiction be it alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling or shopping can be effectively cured in one to three sessions of Rapid Transformational Therapy. With RTT we can discover what lies behind that addiction and transform the behaviour, enabling a free future. If you are committed to make a change then please book a call. The most common thing my clients say to me is: “I wish I’d done this sooner!”
I also provide transformational coaching in person near Stroud or online with Skype to support you on your journey after our RTT session. I can help you re-start your life drinking less alcohol or without alcohol at all and help you find healthy and fun alternatives that are right for you so you can achieve the most from this life.
We can organise an online RTT hypnotherapy session using Skype or visit me for RTT Hypnotherapy near Stroud. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch as we can put an end to this suffering for you.
Does Rapid Transformational Therapy really work?
Yes! Rapid Transformational Therapy gets phenomenal results. Here’s some information taken from the RTT website to explain why it works so well.
“Rapid Transformational Therapy is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience, that offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP and CBT.
RTT delivers extraordinary, permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by refraining your core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that are deep in the subconscious.
By rapidly rewiring the neural pathways of the brain, RTT replaces our out-dated belief systems and negative patterns of behaviour. New life-affirming beliefs are formed and the healing process begins.
RTT offers unparalleled results. It works rapidly and removes the need for continuous therapy sessions. A single session can achieve powerful results for a range of issues and it can be applied to both children and adults. More complicated issues and conditions may require up to three RTT sessions”*
How I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is my session with you
Rapid Transformational Therapy works rapidly with your subconscious mind and uses hypnosis to get to the root cause of what is effecting you. I guide you to the times and places where this first came into your life and we explore how this behaviour or reaction has rooted itself in you. Using NLP and CBT techniques within the session we help you turn that into new systems of belief and behaviour so you can move forward in your life.
You can come and visit me for RTT Hypnotherapy near Stroud where I am based or we can organise an online hypnotherapy session using Skype which works brilliantly too.
I then record you a personal transformation that you listen to every day for three weeks to ensure you re-wire your brain with the new message you want to give it and so it won’t go back to its old tricks.
