Embodiment Coaching

Trauma-Informed Healing for Mind and Body

Find safety, presence and connection through somatic awareness, breath and movement.

Through my decade of work as a regression hypnotherapist, I’ve seen that many people live in a constant state of survival mode, disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed, or frozen after stress or trauma.
Embodiment coaching helps you come back home to yourself by working gently with your body’s natural wisdom.

When we slow down and listen to the body, we can release stored tension, complete unfinished stress cycles, and restore the sense of safety that allows true healing and expression to unfold.

How It Works

Every session is personalised and may include a combination of:

  • Somatic awareness practices - to gently track and release stored emotion

  • Yoga Nidra & breathwork - for deep nervous system regulation

  • Quantum Flow and movement - to activate energy and embody freedom

  • Creative Jungian and ritual processes - to express the subconscious symbolically

  • Sound healing with gong or voice - to bring the body into coherence

You’ll leave each session feeling more connected, grounded, and open — with simple practices to continue at home.

Who It’s For

Embodiment coaching is supportive if you:

  • Struggle to relax or feel disconnected from your body.

  • Experience chronic tension or pain that seems linked to emotional stress.

  • Feel frozen, anxious or emotionally numb.

  • Are recovering from an abusive or codependent relationship, or relationships affected by addiction.

  • Sense that talk therapy hasn’t reached the deeper layers of your experience.

Together, we build awareness, safety and self-regulation so you can process emotions, release what’s been held, and start feeling at home in your body again.

Her guidance, empathy, and insight have helped me gain clarity and feel more at peace. I’m so grateful for her expertise and kindness, and I would highly recommend her to anyone”.

Our Work Together

This is not a quick fix, it’s a gentle, supported journey over several months.
You’ll receive tools, awareness practices and recordings to continue the work between sessions, with ongoing support from a trauma-informed holistic therapist and coach.

Sessions are available in person in Stroud or online worldwide via Zoom.
