Your nervous system's job is to scan for danger and keep you safe. But in modern life, it often can't tell the difference between a real threat and a difficult email, a memory, or a crowded room — so it stays stuck in high alert. That's nervous system dysregulation, and it sits underneath anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, exhaustion and poor sleep.

The Science

Research shows hypnotherapy directly shifts the body from fight-or-flight (sympathetic) into rest-and-restore (parasympathetic),  including measurable reductions in cortisol, the primary stress hormone. It's not just about feeling calmer in the moment; hypnotherapy measurably changes how your nervous system responds to stress.

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is the specific, more powerful method I specialise in, it combines hypnotherapy with psychotherapy, NLP and CBT to get to the root cause faster.
