Chronic procrastination isn't a time management problem — it's an emotional one. Underneath it there's almost always something deeper: fear of failure, perfectionism, low self-worth, or anxiety that getting started means risking something important. Your subconscious mind has learned to avoid certain tasks because starting them feels unsafe.
This is why no system, app or productivity hack has worked. You can't think your way out of a subconscious belief. RTT and hypnotherapy go directly to the root — finding where the pattern started, dissolving it, and installing a new belief in its place. Most clients notice a significant shift within just one to three sessions.

How it works:
Step 1 — Free intro call
A relaxed 20-minute conversation to explore what's going on and whether we're a good fit.
Step 2 — Your session
We get to the root cause of your issue using RTT or hypnotherapy. Sessions are delivered via Zoom or in person in Stroud or Cheltenham.
Step 3 — Your personal recording
For RTT sessions, you receive a bespoke transformational recording created from your session. Listen daily for 21 days to embed lasting change.
Step 4 — Follow up
A check-in call to see how you're getting on and what's shifted. If it feels right, book in for coaching or more hypnotherapy.
This issue lives in the subconscious — the part of the mind that talking therapy and willpower can't easily reach. RTT works directly at that level, which is why results come so much faster than traditional therapy.
