Bad habits aren't a sign of weakness or lack of willpower. They're your subconscious mind doing exactly what it learned to do — seeking comfort, relief or reward through a pattern that once served a purpose.
Whether it's nail biting, skin picking, teeth grinding, vaping, smoking, phone addiction, doom scrolling or comfort eating — the habit itself is rarely the real problem. Underneath it there's almost always an emotional trigger: stress, anxiety, boredom, low self-worth or a need for control.
RTT and hypnotherapy go directly to the subconscious root of the habit — finding where it started, understanding what need it's meeting, and replacing it with something that genuinely serves you. Most clients experience a significant shift after just one to three sessions.

How it works:
Step 1 — Free intro call
A relaxed 20-minute conversation to explore what's going on and whether we're a good fit.
Step 2 — Your session
We get to the root cause of your issue using RTT or hypnotherapy. Sessions are delivered via Zoom or in person in Stroud or Cheltenham.
Step 3 — Your personal recording
For RTT sessions, you receive a bespoke transformational recording created from your session. Listen daily for 21 days to embed lasting change.
Step 4 — Follow up
A check-in call to see how you're getting on and what's shifted. If it feels right, book in for coaching or more hypnotherapy.
Bad habits live in the subconscious — the part of the mind that talking therapy and willpower can't easily reach. RTT works directly at that level, which is why results come so much faster than traditional therapy.
