My story

I understand what it's like to live with anxiety — not just professionally, but personally.

15 years ago, when my son was seriously ill with a life-threatening disease, I began suffering from intense panic attacks. At times it felt completely out of control. I truly believed I was dying.

Eventually I knew I had to take matters into my own hands. Through hypnotherapy for anxiety, I was able to release the fear and panic and begin to rebuild my life with clarity and calm.

That experience changed everything — and it's one of the main reasons I now help others do the same.

How it works:

Step 1 — Free intro call
A relaxed 20-minute conversation to explore what's going on and whether we're a good fit.

Step 2 — Your session
We get to the root cause of your issue using RTT or hypnotherapy. Sessions are delivered via Zoom or in person in Stroud or Cheltenham.

Step 3 — Your personal recording
For RTT sessions, you receive a bespoke transformational recording created from your session. Listen daily for 21 days to embed lasting change. 

Step 4 — Follow up
A check-in call to see how you're getting on and what's shifted. If it feels right, book in for coaching or more hypnotherapy.
