Midlife crisis isn't a cliché — it's a real and often profound psychological rupture. Something in you knows that the life you've been living no longer fits. The anxiety, the depression, the feeling of being lost — these aren't signs that something is wrong with you. They're signs that something needs to change at a deep level. This is a reset, a rebirth, a new chapter.  And that's exactly what RTT hypnotherapy makes possible. Rather than managing symptoms or talking through the past for months, we go straight to the subconscious beliefs driving the crisis — where the fear, the stuck feeling and the emptiness actually live. We dissolve them at the root and build something new in their place. Most women experience a profound shift within just one to three sessions.

How it works:

Step 1 — Free intro call
A relaxed 20-minute conversation to explore what's going on and whether we're a good fit.

Step 2 — Your session
We get to the root cause of your issue using RTT or hypnotherapy. Sessions are delivered via Zoom or in person in Stroud or Cheltenham.

Step 3 — Your personal recording
For RTT sessions, you receive a bespoke transformational recording created from your session. Listen daily for 21 days to embed lasting change. 

Step 4 — Follow up
A check-in call to see how you're getting on and what's shifted. If it feels right, book in for coaching or more hypnotherapy.

The issues that arise in midlife live in the subconscious — the part of the mind that talking therapy and willpower can't easily reach. RTT works directly at that level, which is why results come so much faster than traditional therapy.

I trained in person with Marisa Peer and am an approved RTT specialist. I also hold a diploma in creative process therapy, have trained in Jungian psychology and coach using an integrative approach that combines hypnotherapy, coaching and somatic work. This isn't a one-size-fits-all method — it's deep, tailored work that meets you exactly where you are in midlife.
