Why you self sabotage — and how to stop...

Self sabotaging behaviour isn't weakness or laziness. It's your subconscious mind running an old programme — one that was formed in the past to protect you, but is now holding you back.

Why do I self sabotage? Usually it comes down to a deep belief that you don't deserve success, love or happiness. Or a fear that if you get what you want, something bad will happen. These beliefs live beneath conscious awareness, which is why logic and willpower alone can't shift them.

RTT and hypnotherapy go directly to where those beliefs were formed — releasing them at the root and replacing them with new, empowering ones. Most clients notice a profound shift after just one to three sessions.

How it works:

Step 1 — Free intro call
A relaxed 20-minute conversation to explore what's going on and whether we're a good fit.

Step 2 — Your session
We get to the root cause of your issue using RTT or hypnotherapy. Sessions are delivered via Zoom or in person in Stroud or Cheltenham.

Step 3 — Your personal recording
For RTT sessions, you receive a bespoke transformational recording created from your session. Listen daily for 21 days to embed lasting change. 

Step 4 — Follow up
A check-in call to see how you're getting on and what's shifted. If it feels right, book in for coaching or more hypnotherapy.
